Kyle’s Mountain House

Grace Anshutz

Secretary, Board Member

Grace Anshutz is the Director of Development and Marketing at the Eagle Valley Community Foundation and was honored as the 2024 Vail Valley Partnership Community Impact Individual of the Year. With a deep commitment to advocacy and community-building, Grace is also a founding board member of Mountain Pride, a nonprofit organization serving the LGBTQ+ community in the mountains.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, where she majored in Communication and minored in Spanish Language. During her time at DePauw, she discovered her passion for philanthropy by founding a university-wide fundraising initiative for the local children’s hospital and establishing a chapter of an international education program focused on empowering women and girls.

With over eight years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector, Grace has focused her career on serving underserved and underrepresented populations. She has successfully led teams and organizations through periods of substantial growth, guiding strategic planning and relationship-centered fundraising initiatives. Her expertise spans event fundraising and execution, grassroots campaigns, comprehensive campaign management, and major donor pipeline development.

Grace holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly School of Philanthropy, with a focus on nonprofit leadership. In addition, she earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) Certification in April 2021, reflecting her commitment to best practices, education, and continuous learning in the field of fundraising.

In her free time, Grace can be found volunteering at Roundup River Ranch, training for the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge, or relaxing with a good book.

It is at Roundup River Ranch that Kim met Grace and knew she would be an invaluable part of our team. Her care for others, continual hard work and contagious positive attitude towards others will help Kyle’s Mountain House strive to be the best we can be. We are over the moon to have her on the Kyle’s Mountain House Board.
